Set years after the original, the player finds himself in a Stilwater both familiar and strange and challenged with bringing the Saints back as the rightful kings of Stilwater and bringing vengeance to those who wronged him. Players can play as who they want, how they want, and with whomever they want in this sequel to the much acclaimed and tremendously successful Saints Row. Saints Row 2 brings true freedom to open-world gaming. Even more shameful that they are still selling this game on Steam, they should remove the game from the platform until it is fixed. It is shameful that the developers after all these years still haven’t lifted a finger to fix this game, as it is the best in the series. I have to say that the modding community has done a fantastic job to make this game as playable as they could, but even with mods, the game still has a lot of issues. Then you have game breaking bugs and glitches that are not present in the console versions, such as the speed of the game in general where the game feels like its fast forwarding. This game should run fine on that hardware, but the game is so unfinished, that the frame rate is constantly going between 60 to 30fps with Vsync on, I don’t mean its dropping here and there, it is constantly going between those two frame rates making the game extremely choppy to the say the least. I have a RX 580 8GB, Ryzen 5 2600x and 16GB DDR4 3200mhz. =) For the record my favorite like I’ve said is definitely Saints Row the 3rd and I’ve played all of them. So in my opinion all of the games are nice, some of them are better of course but they did a great job with the series. Also I love the huge sense of humour and sarcasm. Nothing bad to say about this series at all, they’re basically GTA with more insanity/powers/craziness, etc. I’m a huge fan of Saints Row’s franchise, this series is incredible saints row 2 is an oldie but still good to play and relax when you’re too drunk, my favorite of the series is saints row the 3rd, all of them are great even the spin off Agents of Mayhem and Saints Row Gat out of Hell is quite insane, they don’t have limits at all, which is a good thing because this franchise was meant to be like that, you can do whatever you want.
